17 Feb Sheerluck Holmes is Coming to Bournemouth Pier!
Dear Customers,
Thank you for your patience at this time. In light of the Government’s announcement Monday evening (16th March) regarding the next level of measures in response to the Coronavirus we have made the difficult decision to postpone the Sheerluck Holmes event scheduled for Friday 1st May.
We do not feel it would be responsible for us to continue with the event at a time when social distancing measures have been put in place. After conversations with the Sheerluck Holmes production company this morning we have arrived at the solution that the Sheerluck Holmes event will be postponed and rescheduled for a later date as below.
Friday 1st May has been re-scheduled to Saturday 17th October.
We know all of our customers were really looking forward to this event and so we are very pleased we are able to reschedule for a later date.
What’s next?
With regards to your options, we are offering you the chance to either re-book onto the rescheduled date or receive a full refund minus the Eventbrite fee.
As some of you booked in groups and therefore may have different opinions on what option you’d like to take, we can refund the entire booking and then re-book those that wish to join us later in the year. If this is the case, please email marketing@thebournemouthpier.com or call 01202 925 825.
As an independent business in the hospitality sector the next few months are going to be extremely uncertain times for us, we are currently unsure of what support, if any, we will receive from the Government. Therefore, we greatly appreciate your understanding and patience at this disruptive time and hope to see you in October.
