Bournemouth Pier is flat and accessible by wheelchairs. The main entrances to RockReef Activity Attraction and Key West Bar & Grill are on ground level and have small ramps. Both entrances have wide double doors.
Toilets are on the ground floor in both buildings and there is also a disabled toilet located on the East side of the pier. Baby changing facilities are available.
Assistance dogs are welcome on Bournemouth Pier. All dogs should be kept on leads at all times. Water bowls are provided on request in Key West Bar & Grill.
The RockReef Café is on the first floor and only accessible via steps. There is a small viewing and seating area on the ground floor.
