BAR STAFF (KEY WEST)

Key West Bar & Grill – Bournemouth Pier

We are looking for enthusiastic waiting staff to join our team. Key West is a unique operation catering for a wide range of customer expectations, from our popular coffee & cake deal, weddings receptions and evening events to cocktails and lunches.

Key West has 250 covers inside and a further 250 on our large outside terrace.

Main responsibilities

Tasks will include food and drink preparation, money handling and customer service.

RESTAURANT KIOSK SUPERVISOR (KEY WEST)

A unique position, with challenges of managing the busy summer season on the pier.

Main responsibilities:

  • Motivate and inspire the team through a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Drive sales by ensuring guest satisfaction, through standards and service.

SALES ASSISTANT – FULL/PART TIME (RETAIL & KIOSKS)

Retail & Kiosks – Pier Approach

We have an exciting opportunity for a number of retail sales assistant to join our growing business. Our continuing success is down to the talent and hard work from our people.

Sales Assistants are the face of our business and are there to help customers. As a fast-paced retailer we put customers first, second and third in everything we do. This role will require you to have a can-do attitude and to be able to work as part of a team, as well as using your own initiative.

Main responsibilities

  • Customer Service – Ensure we always understand our customers’ needs.
  • Product Knowledge – Providing detailed information about our products to customers.
  • Replenishing Stock – Maintaining high standards throughout your department.
  • Merchandising – Following guidelines to make sure products are displayed correctly.
  • Targeted on having appropriate till point conversations with every customer to add on sales and increase the average transaction value.
