Bournemouth Pier is open all year round, the pier gates are open from the following times:
October – May 9:00am until 19:00pm
June – September 9:00am until 23:00pm
RockReef Activity attraction is open 7 days a week from 10:00am – 19:00pm for enquiries and group bookings. Public session times vary, please see their website for details
Key West Bar & Grill is open 7 days a week, please visit their website for up to date opening times
In severe weather conditions, the pier may close for safety reasons

Coaches can drop passengers off in the turning area next to the BIC, a short two minute walk from RockReef

Bournemouth Pier is flat and accessible by wheelchairs. The main entrances to RockReef Activity Attraction and Key West bar & Grill are on ground level and have small ramps. Both entrances have wide double doors.
Toilets are on the ground floor in both buildings and there is also a disabled toilet located on the East side of the pier. Baby changing facilities are available.
Assistance dogs are welcomes on Bournemouth Pier. All dogs should be kept on leads at all times. Water bowls are provided on request in Key West Bar & Grill.
The RockReef café is on the first floor and only accessible via steps. There is a small viewing and seating area on the ground floor.
